MASTERY OF YOUR INNER SPACE

"Thinking outside the box is to still be in the box, but in bigger box. The box is the mind. To be outside the box is to be in a space of creation, one with God, in a state of pure consciousness. Use your holy word to transcend the box; to transcend who you think you are."
Edward Winchester
SPIRITUAL WARRIORS
Are you prepared for unseen warfare, to defend yourself, your family, relatives and friends against the very causes of suffering and pain? There are incredible traps, subterfuges, dis-information, and deception, which are used against you to prevent you from awakening fully to the very real clear and present danger that threatens you personally and the well-being of everyone near and dear to you. The weapons the Pentagon Meditation Club advocates are prayer and meditation. The Peace Shield Campaign engages an unseen adversary (inner self), and the field of battle is the Battlefield of Consciousness within your own mind and heart. This is the site where struggles originate and take place is in the hearts and minds of people everywhere, starting with your self. The time of battle is your whole life. Spiritual warfare and peacemaking is learning how to win on the Battlefield of Consciousness.
You art not your body or mind your feelings or your thoughts. The tyrant within is the mind that dominates the Self - that part of you created in the image and likeness of your Creator - pure consciousness.
Transformation is Self mastery:
Meeting SELF on the Battlefield of consciousness.
Overcoming THE SELF
Who or What Is the Real Enemy?
Battles are fought first in the mind before being waged on an external battlefield.
Shielding is spiritual defense. It starts by creating a “treaty” with oneself, and between individuals and nations as a way of healing and bringing harmony; for transforming minds and hearts. It then extends what modern physics would call a “biofield” or “unified force field” out from the individual into the community, the nation, and ultimately, the world. This produces what we call the Peace Shield Effect. This invisible force field of Love and Light projects the ultimate first strike capability in dealing with conflicts and problems of all kinds. Creating a Personal Peace Treaty within individuals is offered here as a tried and proven countermeasure for dealing with what are perceived to be threats to security at all levels, personal, national, and international.
The Peace Shield Campaign was inaugurated in 1986 during the International Year of Peace by the Pentagon Meditation Club. It aimed at enlisting people in a network of men, women and children - spiritual warriors of the heart - of all nations, races, religions, and walks of life in projecting a spiritual peace shield for protection in times of crises.
The most effective countermeasure for conflict, evil, and spiritual darkness that exists in the world is direct personal experience of a common ground of being with each other and with God. This level of “being-ness” exits within you and within each person beyond mental barriers and boundaries and even beyond the realm of mental activity. This is the same ground of being that connects everyone to everyone else, a kingdom of heaven that within you. Efforts to experience this level of being, so that you can “Be All You Can Be,” results in transformation of the mind field, and the virtual battlefield.
The practice of using God’s name in a particular way to transcend during meditation/prayer is common to and as old as the world’s major religions. Reaching for the common and higher ground by employing thought this thought technology involves transcending mental activity. A traditional way to do this is by using sound, i.e.your preferred name for the One true God. Two other ways for transcending mental activity of the mind involve visualizing Light, and using the inner stroke and outer stroke of breath.
In the beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was God . . . A Name or Word is repeated in silence to gradually quiet the mind, provide access to a higher and common ground of consciousness and being. This practice can be shown to activate a "Technology for Transformation" (See New paradigm) This conclusion starts from the commonly held idea that there is but one Most High, an omnipresent. omniscient, and omnipotent essence, which most people call "The Ineffable," "The Unknowable," "the Source," or "God." The first task for peacemakers is to discover the secret of the ages, i.e. how praying the name supports a process for individual and global transformation, so that if it is peace that you seek," whatever you seek or ask in the Name will be granted to you."
ONE GOD, MANY NAMES
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God.” [John 1:1] The Word has been called by many names among various civilizations with differing languages, cultures, and religious traditions and at different stages in the evolution of human consciousness. By definition the Source of Peace (God) exists beyond all senses and sensory things, beyond all shapes, color, measure, and places; in pure essence is wholly without form and image, is beyond limits and limitations, and while present in a mysterious way to all things is above all things, having created all things from within, which experientially turns out to be an inner space of no-thingness.
Therefore, the One we call God must be more than an object of belief, more than a mere thought in anyone's mind. Because no one has ever seen God (Allah, YHWH, The Father, Om, Satnam) the Holy Spirit of God is established on faith, but also by experiencing in silence the Divine Presence abiding within you beyond the contents of your mind. We conclude that every thought arises from somewhere within the domain of human consciousness and that by transcending all sensory things; calling on anyone of God's names, and by transcending all physical and mental boundaries and limitations it is possible for anyone to experience the Source of Thought, to be in the Divine Presence which is a sacred inner space of absolute peace and silence. This belief about the nature of Almighty God is validated by mystical experiences and prayer practices of many Muslims, Christians, Jews, Buddhists, people of other faiths and possibly by others.
