Synchrony and coherence are quantitative measures of life force in the human body.
Where there is life there is light - "The Light of Life." Figure 6 suggests that one can have life more abundantly by meditating on the Name using the Prayer of the Heart.

Directing one's awareness to deeper and deeper levels of silence causes spontaneous changes in evoked electrical potentials of the brain and central nervous system. I call this measurement (see fig. 6) "The Foot Prints of the Holy Spirit". This is assumed to be the physiological basis for enlightenment and transformation of human systems. One conclusion is that as the collective consciousness of an entire nation rises (High C), then transformation in collective consciousness begins to appear, .the thoughts and actions of people become more positive. Consequently, war, terrorism, and all forms of destructive behavior can be transformed. Conversely as consciousness falls or is low (Low C) crime rates increase, productivity falls and other negative performance indicators increase. See Fig.8.
