Spiritual healing can occur as individuals experience transformation from low to higher levels of the C Factor. Remote viewing (RV) for spying, remote influencing (RI) for mind control, and remote killing (RK) are dark and sinister implications of negative uses of high states of coherent (dark side) consciousness. A select group of U.S. Department of Defense military and civilian personnel met at the National Naval Medical Research Center, Bethesda, Maryland to consider these findings. One conclusion that can be drawn is that as the collective consciousness of an entire nation rises (High C), then transformation in collective consciousness begins to appear. Consequently, war, terrorism, and all forms of destructive behavior can be transformed. Conversely as consciousness falls or is low (Low C) crime rates increase, productivity falls and other negative performance indicators increase.
