This First Strike strategy :

5.       Demonstrates the counter balancing response to defense systems that nations have traditionally relied on for security.

6        Offers the technology of a new paradigm and heartfelt energy to balance the power of arms and reduce tensions at all levels of society.

 7.       Probes the depths of silence using the Peace Shield Meditation process to connect our hearts to the heart of God, so that God's Light moves in us and transforms the minds and hearts of others, thereby opens the the way for inner peace and outer peace on a global scale.

To "hallow" is to sanctify, make holy, or simply call upon God's Name without ceasing.
